Registration for Grad Night is scheduled to begin in early February. A Sign-Up Genius link for volunteers will be included with the registration.

We are still looking for Team Leaders for the Clean-Up job on Friday, June 12, 2015 and for the Tear Down job on Saturday, June 13, 2015. Email the Co-Chairs at the address below if you are interested.

Grad Night Forms

Over 80% of Northgate Graduates attend Grad Night! The intent of Grad Night is to provide a fun-filled environment for our graduating seniors that will allow them to safely celebrate one of the most exciting events of their lives.

  • A Release & Waiver form for the Centre Concord (where Grad Night is held) can be printed, signed, and returned to the Northgate Office Grad Night mailbox. Waivers only need to be submitted if one was NOT turned in during Registration Days (August, 2014).

  • All seniors will receive a Graduation T-shirt. Please complete the form and return to the Grad Night mail box in the office. A size Large T-shirt will be ordered if a size is not selected. Size choices are S, M, L, XL, and XXL.

Grad Night Facts

  • What:  Grad Night is an all night, alcohol and drug-free party for the Northgate High School class of 2015 that features entertainment, dancing, games, prizes, food and beverages.
  • When:  Thursday, June 11, 2015 The Grad Night party will begin immediately following the Graduation Ceremony and concludes at 4:30 a.m. on Friday morning, June 12, 2015.
  • Where:  Centre Concord, 5298 Clayton Rd., Concord (next to Clayton Valley Bowl)
  • Cost:  $120 Feb 4 to Mar 13; $135 Mar 14 to May 1; $150 After May 1.
    Full and partial scholarships are available. Please contact Vice Principal Rick Aistrope for details.
  • Includes:  All sponsored activities and food are included in the cost. The Grad Night permission form must be signed by a parent/guardian and must accompany payment. Once all forms and payment have been received and processed, an email confirmation will be sent from within a week.
  • Who:  Only students from Northgate High School’s class of 2015 may attend the Grad Night Party.
  • Dress:  Casual…Comfortable…Wear Grad Night T-shirt…Bring socks for bowling…Bring a sweatshirt…Bring something (such as plain white t-shirt) for air-brushing.
  • Security:  Northgate parents will be staffing and chaperoning the event. Upon arrival, seniors will check all personal items at the secured checkroom. Access is allowed on a limited basis. Students will not be allowed to bring backpacks to the Grad Night party. Neither Northgate High School/Parent Faculty Club nor Centre Concord nor any persons connected with the Grad Night party are responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Grad Night Policies

The intent of Grad Night is to provide a fun-filled environment for our graduating seniors that will allow them to safely celebrate one of the most exciting events of their lives. To that end, Grad Night policies are as follows:

  1. Only students from Northgate High School’s Class of 2015 may attend.
  2. Grad night will begin immediately following the Graduation Ceremonies, June 11, 2015 (approx 9:30 p.m.) and will conclude at 4:30 a.m. on June 12, 2015.
  3. Parents/Guardians must provide transportation to/from Centre Concord for your senior. Since parking is limited, we strongly encourage parents to carpool to Centre Concord. Please be sure to be there by 4:30 a.m. to pick up your tired graduates.
  4. All seniors will be expected to check in at Centre Concord by 10:00 p.m. on June 11, 2015. Parents/guardians will be notified of “no shows”.
  5. Seniors will not be allowed to bring any backpacks to Centre Concord.
  6. Personal items (i.e. purse or wallet) will be stored in a secured checkroom. Each senior will be provided with a Grad Night bag to store personal items and prizes. Access to Grad Night bags will be allowed for personal items on a limited basis. Prizes should be checked in and stored in the Grad Night bag.
  7. No liquids, alcohol or chemical substances will be permitted. Parent chaperones will be checking seniors at the door with breathalyzers.
  8. Seniors must be present to win prizes.
  9. If for any reason a senior checks out early (before 4:30 a.m. closing), he/she will not be allowed to return. Early check out procedure is as follows:
    • Senior must sign out.
    • Parent/guardian will be notified before departure unless prior notification has been made.
    • We will require a verbal approval from a parent/guardian. Messages on an answering machine will not be accepted.
