2011-2012 Walk-Through Registration Overview


Start Here - Step 1

The walkthrough registration process is very straightforward.
Follow the steps below.

Be sure to complete all forms online.

  • Please submit all PFC forms electronically.
  • All Northgate School forms will need to be completed online, printed and turned in at walk-through registration.

  • Important Note!
    Schedules will be withheld until the first day of school for two reasons:
    1. Student does not have proof of medical immunization record showing the student has had the T-DAP vaccine.
    State of California's new law requires the T-DAP vaccination to be current before receiving your student's school schedule. Please provide a medical immunization record to the school office before registration day.
    2. Student fines are not cleared. All past year's fines must be paid; make your payment with the NHS Treasurer, Mrs. De La Rosa (hours: 7am-2:30pm Mon-Fri).
    If you are not sure whether your student has any fines, you can check the list outside of Linda De La Rosa's office on your Walk-Through day. Checks should be made payable to Northate High School. Your student will not be able to pick up his/her schedule at walk-through registration until these fines are paid.

Check your assigned schedule for Aug 22nd or the 24th

  • 12th grade:
    8:00am to 11am
  • 11th grade:
    1:00pm to 4pm
 
Wednesday, August 24th
  • 10th grade:
    8:00am to 11am
  • 9th grade:
    1:00pm to 4pm

10th graders should come today between 8am and 11am for their Hearing and Vision Tests.

Tuesday, August 30th
  • Make-up day:
    7:30 am in the cafeteria

PROCEED TO REGISTRATION STATIONS!!

Complete the forms online.

PFC forms can be submitted electronically.
All other forms need to be completed online, printed and turned in at walkthrough registration.

Go to the school at your assigned time and proceed through the registration stations where you will turn in the forms and/or pick up additional forms.

Now, go to the REGISTRATION STATIONS with links to the forms you will need to complete, submit, sign (if required), and turn in (with donations/fees, if necessary).
